Password Expiration for Supplier Users

 I have a client who has an internal policy that all users must reset their passwords every 90 days - regardless of the arguements that could/have been made, this will also apply to external users.

Here is the challenge:  when the System Administrator defines a user, they're doing it in the core forms and we can use Forms Personalizations to adhere to the policy, changing the default from "none" to "every 90 days". HOWEVER, when we register a supplier, there is no option. This is very similar to the ER in Bug 7645680. Additionally, the same setting needs to be maintained when the password is reset by the supplier administrator.
