Rating SAWs with multiple-sizes of containers

 How should the 'Cost Operand ID' field be set to allow a SAW with multiple sizes of containers to rate properly?  Each container (ocean) has it's own rate set up on the Rate Record.  However, using the 'SHIPMENT.NUMEQUIPMENT' (Ship Total Pieces of Equipment) as the 'Cost Operand ID' on the Rate Record causes all containers to rate as if all containers on the SAW were of the same size.  Example, a SAW with a 42G0, 45G0, and L5G1 might rate as 3 containers of size 42G0 or 3 containers of size L5G1.
