Project Expenditures Conversion

 Hi All,

We are converting the projects and projects expenditures from 11.5.5 to 11.5.10.2 which are totally different instances.  We have converted all the projects successfully and while converting the project expenditures we have brought the project expenditure lines into the projects transaction interface table and when we ran the 'PRC: Transaction Import' program with the source its giving the following rejection code in the output file -

'INVALID_DR_CCID'  - i have setup the autoacconting for the function Labor cost and Labor cost clearing accounts and i dont understand why iam getting this rejection code.

'PA_EXP_ORG_NOT_ACTIVE' - i have enabled the 'Project epxenditure/event owning organization' for all the project orgs but still not sure why i am getting this rejection code.
