NTP setup with OVM

 I have a shared pool setup with two ovm servers, I am trying to sync time on both servers to a ntp server. Someone suggested that the two ovm servers should be in sync with each other. ie have the other server in its ntp server list. Any ideal if this is a correct setup? Similarily if I have a RAC setup, should I have the time on each node sync up with other node?
