SUI Excludable Wages in multiple states

We're running 9.0 and having all kinds of trouble with the wages not being recorded correctly when employees work in multiple states and the SUI is excludable amounts are not correct.  We have the self adjust flag set to 1 so the tax adjusts correctly but the wages are not being adjusted in a corresponding manner to the taxes.  Has anyone run into this issue this year with all the SUI regs where the states are now recongnizing wages worked in other states?
