Compare required resource against applied resource on discrete job

I am looking for a report to show resources on a discrete job and allow comparison between the required resource value and the actual (applied) resource value to determine if our required times are correct.

Does anybody know of a report in ORACLE E-Business or any other reports that can provide this?
