R12 FA Assignments form. Linking the location field to a cost centre

In the ASSIGNMENTS form (Assets - Assets Workbench - Assignments)

 Is it possible to be able to link the Location to a cost centre so that when a cost centre is selected as part of the expense account, then a Location will automatically populate the Location field from the Locations Value set?
