Fiscal date patterns

We currently operate a one date pattern setup across all companies at the moment, and want to know if it is possible to amend for one company only?

The issue if that one of our companies want to run a different fiscal pattern, where the only change is one month having a week later close.

Would this amendment be possible and if so how would this be done.
Any advise would be greatly apprepriated.
