Job Cost Projections with subledger

 When changing a budget for a job, and including the subleger, the amount in the subledger does not seem to create an HA record. Has anyone else seen this happen?

Original budget for job. 1333.08500 = 50k

enter a $10k budget for job. 1333.08500 with 1234 W in the subledger / type field

the Projected Final does not show the $10k

The method of computation on the account is F for forced.
