Unable to play audio in OCSG5.0

 Hi,

I am trying to play audio in OCSG but mobile received call but voice is not playing, i did following steps

1- Configure MSCONTROL Factory to Mobicent Media Server

2- Configure Parlayx2.1 Communication Service

3- From PTE i start call and provide following values

address = sip:0321400*****@172.18.**.**

type = Audio

date = http://localhost:8001/TestMedia/dtmf_welcome.wav

i verified and wave file url is accessible through browser.

Now when i start call i received call on my mobile and it got disconnected very next moment.

I started debug and found that in logs it fails here
