Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi every body,

It is my first discussion in Oracle support community.

Is there someone who can help me for my issue because Oracle support doesn't.

After upgrade from 12.0.4 to 12.0.6 the sperate remittance advices are no more generated when they correspond to an overflow check payment.

For example: a suppier has 50 invoices paid. These invoices are listed on 2 paper documents (checks).

The first check has 37 invoices listed and The second check has 13 invoices listed.

The first check is an overflow payment and the amount is 0$.

My issue is when the program Send separate remittance advice is submit, the SRA corresponding to the first check is missing.
