Repricing SKOK

If the intercompany transfer price is not available before we generate SKOK, then SKOK will be genearted at zero price. Then user has to manually reprice SK and OK.

Why R42950 does not support repricing of SKOK if it is generated at zero price or at sme dummy price other than actual intercompany price?
