Forms 10g LOV scrollbar issue.

Hi All,

In forms 10g, when we scroll a LOV, after scrolling a few records, the control gets lost.

If we continue pressing up/down arrows on LOV scrollbar, the scrolling stops and we need to release the mouse button and press it again.
