Not able to open Wallet through SQL*Plus

Hi,

I'm trying to create encrypted tablespace in 10g R1 (OS: Windows-32 bit) Created wallet using the Integrated Management Tool >> Wallet Manager. Saved the same in C:\Documents and Settings\ORACLE\WALLETS


However now when I started my database in mount status and trying to open wallet its not happening. I'm not sure what step i'm missing here. What is the correct SQL command to open wallet created through Wallet Manager.

Please help.
