Lost data selection for all versions following a package build

 Here's one for you.  We recently created a new versoin of R09420.  We promoted the version from the local machine to PY then to PD.  Following the PD promotion we discovered that all the other versions of R09420 were no longer displaying their data selection criteria.  Has anyone seen this happen before?
