Complex Service Agreement - R12

Hi,
I want to enter a Complex Service Agreement in the Orders menu in Purchasing.

But doesn´t appear in the Create lov of the form? Yes appears for example: Standard Purchase Order.

When can I define this value to appear in the lov? Is a seeded value or user define value?
