MACRS HY 39 and MACRS HY 25

I have requested the depreciation rates for the 2 depreciation methods mentioned, MACRS HY 39 and MACRS HY 25, from Oracle support. These are common methods used in the US. I have stated they should supply these methods as they are not like adding a new STL life. I have been told that they consider this an enhancement request. We need these methods, and I don't consider them to be outside the realm of normal methods and rates. Has anyone else had this occurrence and if so, how have you handled this need?
