need GL MRC setup check

We are setting up a reporting set of books and MRC features to allow EBS AP to transfer to both the primary and reporting set of books.   However, AP journals are not generated and "alternative accounting" cannot be viewed.    Are there any diagnostics scripts to verify MRC setups other than the GL setup which we have used and shows the expected values for MRC reporting set of books?
