Where does System Varaible "Runtime: Company Title" get its value from?

Current Company = 10, with example name 'North' Now have new Company = 90, with example name 'South'  Both companies will have employees with expenses. Some previous company 10 employees are now in company 90 and we are testing  xpense reports for company 90 employees in JPY.

Created expenses for a CO=90 employee in a Business Unit in CO = 90. Ran expense report print, R09E116, and get Company Title  = 'North'. Expected and need it to be 'South'.

I found B0000051, Get copany Name, can force 'South' into a variable. But this is not the answer.

What is the determining factor for "Runtime: Company Title" to use South, instead of North in R09E116 or any other report that uses the system variable: "Runtime Company Title"?
