R12 Key Accounting Flexfield

 Client is changing some of the values in the flexfield segments and renaming with different rollups and cross validations. New FSG's etc will be created. To make the transition easier for users I would like to create a dependancy for each of the segments, as an example;

7 segments - Company, Cost Center, Department, Division, Section, Natural A/C, Spare.

Company and Cost Center can be selected from full list of values however, Department selection should provide a list of values for Divisions that can be used with the Department selection, there are 10 Depts and 80 Divisions and the same for Section, 15 Sections.
