How to default PO List Price from Organization Items

Hi

Currently the List price on PO defaults from Item Master (which is set on the Financial Options).  How can we default the list price from the Organization items rather than from Item Master org ?

Our client has 7 Inventory Orgs and each org has different PO List price.  how can I default it on the PO from the Organization Items ?  Is there any custom hook available ?
