Integration event for Association/Dissociation with parent/Child entity

   Hi,

Anyone suggest me, How to trigger/configure integration event whenever a child entity is associated or dissociated from the parent entity. Here Contact is parent and Account is child. As of now we are able to create a workflow for associate or dissociate but the events are not triggering and also there is no option to configure integration event fields.

Early response is highly appreciated.
