How to put the date and the correct processing options for the summarize transactions program for GA

  Hi, I am trying to use the summarize transactions program for GA (R09811), I want to use for the complete year of 2004, for one company, all the business units, all the accounts.

How can I say this in the processing options, and what date the company is necessary to be? Thanks a lot
