US PAY: Year End Checklist

Does anyone know where I can find a Year End checklist, or maybe some of you would be interested in sharing one that you have.  We have one that we have compiled, however this is only our second year end and we would like to "fine tune" it a bit.  Does Oracle have a check list we could use for guidance?
