Project hover in R12

Hi, on the self-service pages in R12, like on the project list, if the user points the cursor to the project number link it brings up the box to give project information. 

Is it possible to turn it off? 

The user experience has been the user goes to the project number to click and the next page is in process to come up and there is an empty box on the screen and it looks really ugly. If the user was to take the cursor to the project number and wait for a second the information comes up but all that information is already displayed in other view columns, so the hover becomes unecessary.
