Ordered Item as Charges

Hi, We have a unique requirement wherein an order is created with non-inventory items and inventory items. The non-inventory items quantity X price will serve as charges for that order.  We will be setting up price for the non-inventory items. Then those items should end up on the invoice. Is this doable in Oracle EBS? Any suggestions on how to go around with this requirement?
