Option Database Flash Cache in 11gR2 on database server Sun

Hello,

Context: Unix Sun Solaris server (Oracle database 11gR2, EBS 11.5.10.2).

I have read that the option Oracle Flash Cache (parameters db_flash*) is available for Sun servers.

But is there some constraint about OS device?

Is it possible to know if this option could be usefull or not?

Do you know some usefull documentation?
