Health Care Reform Acts

As part of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (HR 3590) and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (HR 4872), employers will be required to disclose the value of the benefit provided by the employer for each employee's health insurance coverage on the employee's annual Form W-2. This requirement is optional for 2011 but is expected to be mandatory beginning January 1, 2012.  Read more.
