Capitalize Interest Transaction

 I've setup a capitalized interest rate schedule, project type, project template and expenditure type.  Created a project and put charges on it.  I ran PRC: Generate Capitalized Interest Transactions and got the correct calculation per the output.  The log file says 'Number of transactions 1' .. where did the transaction go?  It's not on the project I calculated the interest on. What step have I left out?  Thanks!
