Can you stop IPSA (Cisco Cartridge) from issuing the "alias exec" command

Implementing activation for DIA - T1 service on Cisco 7613 Edge Router utilizing IPSA. When IPSA commits the changes for adding the interface it issues the "alias exec" command as part of its commit:

It appears that IPSA use of the alias exec {label with timestamp} command on the cisco PE's is for log timestamp reconciliation purposes.

Is there a way to change this command to something else, or, just disable it's use all together?
