How to view all SRs for a given Support ID ?
My colleagues and I work from the same CSI, but I'm not able to share and discuss SRs with them. My administrator has given me "Create and Update" rights and when I view SRs from My Oracle Support, the "SRs Created by Me" box is not checked.
What additional privileges should I tell the adminstrator that we need to view all the SRs tied for our Support ID?
BTW, she can't see the progress made on my SRs either.
