New financial report for Auditing

 Hi ,

  I have to create a new report in discoverer for auditors ,the report should have following mentioned fields as below::->

1. Region 

2. Company

3.Journal Entry ID #

4. Journal Entry Description

5. Posting Date

6. Effective Date

7 GL Account #

8 GL Account Name

9 Debit Amount(USD)

10 Credit Amount (USD)

11 User ID (Creator)

12 Reviewer ID 

13 Journal Entry Type (i.e manual,automatic).

Can anybody help me in developing the report ,any inputs will be highly appreciated.
