I am getting the following error while using expdp after we applied the patch 10.2.0.5 on my rac database,please help me in this issue(some schema exports are running successfully but some are getting the following error)

ORA-39126: Worker unexpected fatal error in KUPW$WORKER.MAIN [INSERT INTO sys.ku$_list_filter_temp@expdba  SELECT process_order, duplicate, object_name, base_process_order FROM  "SCOTT"."SYS_EXPORT_SCHEMA_84"  WHERE process_order = :1]
ORA-12545: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SYS_ERROR", line 95
ORA-06512: at "SYS.KUPW$WORKER", line 6345
