Custom report hangs
We have a custom report that hangs on a particular instance. Nothing has been changed in this report which used to work fine before.
The request is shown as running in EBS, but the related session is inactive, the report does nothing and hangs. If we launch the same request while the hanging one is already running, the hanging one terminates with error "connection from server is broken", and the new one then hangs the same way.
What can we do to find out what is wrong? Where can we investigate?
