OTL: Customize Project based Time & Labor

Hi,

We have a production floor where 50 people report to one team lead and there are multiple team leaders on a given project.

We are on R12.0.6 and have a requirement to customize the Time and labor to capture the various team leads on each Sub-Tasks who are defined for a project.

I know that OTL is developed in an old technology - AK Regions.

Has anyone customized the OTL screens to capture additional requirements? Is it easy?

Can anyone please share your experience of customizing the OTL screens?
