Welcome to the Support Training Community!

The goal of this community is to communicate with our customers and partners by providing tips and tricks on how to:
  • Effectively work with Oracle Support
  • Take advantage of the tools provided with your Oracle Support contract
  • Access live and recorded training on Oracle Support Tools and Processes

The Support Training community is for questions, suggestions and tips about My Oracle Support, Diagnostics, Upgrades, configuration manager and all of the Oracle Support Tools and Processes. And, it’s moderated by the Oracle’s Customer Support Education team. If you have a question, post it as a discussion thread in this community.
