Oracle Confirguration Tools

Our company is looking to procure a tool to assist with documenting our Oracle E-Business suite during our 11i to R12 Upgrade. This would include documenting set ups, personalization’s and DFF’s, as well as comparing these against other Oracle instances. We are looking at Oracle Configuration Management Pack, Configuration Governor and ConfigSnapshot tools. Are there any other products that would meet our needs and is there anyone that is currently using Oracle or ConfigSnapshot that can give some feedback on the products?
