CAM TASK - Help

I'm new to this forum.  Recently started a new job with a company that uses JDE.  We use the Equipment Module (CAM Task Menu) to track our equipment at our various jobs and we also use it to bill rent to the jobs.  My question is does anyone else have experience with the Location Billing Program that is part of the CAM Task Menu?  And why is it so difficult to find information on this module?  Am I the only one using it?
