PAY: Ex-employees whose final process date is popuated view their payslips through SSHR?

 We are populating final process date for terminated employees; however, this is preventing them from logging into Employee Self Service to view their payslips.  If we could make this feature available, it would greatly reduce our call volume of terminated employees asking for old pay stubs.

Any ideas?
