Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. not able to Convert Order Releases

loaded a bunch of orders via CSVs on 6.1

trying to convert those to be able to plan, but is does not work

any advice?
