cannot Create Internal requisition

  Hi

 

We are unable to create an internal requisition. The sourcing type always defaults to supplier.

The environment is multi org.

when we create IR in Operating Unit US from Singapore , it works

but IR in Singapore from Us , the sourcing type always defaults to supplier , It seems that there is something pretty basic which we are missing , not sure whats that.

We have checked all known configurations

 

Can anyone help ?
