Hyperion Workspace 11.1.2 - Namespace Process Error

 We have installed Hyperion EPM version 11.1.2 We have configured Foundation , Essbase , Planning and Reporting successfully

When we login to Workspace through port 19000  we receive the following error :

Namespace Process Error .

We notice that the Home folder (Explore ) of Workspace isn't working.

Can anyone help us resolve this issue ?
