xmlp temp file consuming all hard drive space on Server

We are runnning Oracle BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.1 on a Windows server. Yesterday afternoon I noticed that the where we installed Publisher was out of disk space. I went through and cleaned up some old reports that were taking up a lot of space. I checked the server this morning only to discover that that was full again. Luckily I documented how big my problem areas were yesterday so I can compare them to this morning. I discovered the following.

\oracle\BIPHome\oc4j_bi\j2ee\home\applications\xmlpserver\xmlpserver\xdo\cache\xmlp40067537.tmp was 8,556,130 KB in size yesterday and grew to 20,791,240 KB overnight. There are no automated jobs running anything against publisher overnight that I know of and no one was working on it lastnight. The only thing that stops this file from growing is when the
