Moving BLOB segment and BLOB segment fragmentation in Oracle 10g

 Is there a way to find the space fragmentation in a BLOB segment in Oracle 10g. I've a 200G BLOB segment and would like to see how much space can be reclaimed by reorganizing the BLOB segment.
Also does anyone have any experience moving a 200G BLOB to a different tablespace? Any idea how long it takes? I've attempted a move and had to abort it after 30 hours in which only 100G was moved.
