How to define service Periods in Oracle OM for Service item lines.

Objective : Trying to create a service contract from an order line with a service item.

Hi All,

I am almost able to pull thru the contract into the OKS module,but the order is getting stuck in the interface with the error of service period definition. The issue that I am facing is that when I try to create a line for a service item in OM, there is a field called Service periods(on service tab), which is an LOV consists of irrelevant choices like bag,case etc. I looked at the OKS imp guide, looks like OKS_SRV_PERIODS is the lookup which drives this,and the values for that lookup are Day,Month and Year. But I don't see these values
