IE PAY: Element Does Not Appear On Element Entry Screen

 Hi, Element 'IE PAYE adjust' was assigned to an employee with 'Monthly Tax Credit' and 'Monthly Std Cutoff' amounts. Employee was terminated with the following termination dates Actual Date: 22-OCT-2010. Last Standard Process: 31-OCT-2010, Final Process Date:31-DEC-2010.

November payroll run has been submitted successfully. However the element does not appear on the element entry screen. However, it's appearing in the Run Results screen. Has anyone experienced this or can someone advise why is happening.
