Can setup data be copied from one org to another ?

Hi to all Guru's

on 11.5.10 , till now we had one org, now we are adding one more. we want the 2nd org to have exactly the same master data like Chart of accounts, flexfields, payables options, receivables options, purchasing options etc as the 1st org.

is there any tool which can help in copying master setup data from one org to another ? this would save us a lot of time in manually setting up the 2nd org.

can FNDLOAD be used ?

any advise would be highly appreciated.
