Anyone is experiencing onhand mismatches when transfering lot controled items that are, simultaneous

Example:
Suppose you have 100 Units of item X1, in Subinv Y1, Locator Z1. Of those 100 units, 50 are yours and 50 belongs to supplier W (it is consigned).

When you transfer all the 100 units to Subinv Y2 (no locator), only the suppliers's 50 units appears as onhand in Subinv Y2!!
