I need to add this two parameters in spfile of an Oracle Rac version 10.2.0.3

 Hi. I need to add this two parameters in the spfile of the ORacle Rac version 10.2.0.3.
How to do it, and  if I can just alter one spfile, or I have to alter the two spfiles from each node?
