what is purpose of Grid in 11.2.0.2 database patch set

I just downloaded the 11.2.0.2 patch set for my 11.2.0.1 databases. It is broken out into seven ZIP files. According to the documentation, file 3_of_7 is Grid. But since the latest release of Grid is 11.1.0.1, what does this ZIP file contain, does anybody know?
